At ROOT REMEDY, we value every customer and take pride in providing quality hair care products. Due to the nature of our products and personal care items, all sales are final. 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. 

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SALES.ROOTREMEDY@GMAIL.COM with your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and photos of packaging. Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue. 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients before purchase. ROOT REMEDY  is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.  We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once package is out of our hands. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
